By downloading or using FRGMNT (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference and applies where these Terms are silent.
The App reads reporting data from third-party platforms you connect and displays aggregated figures. It uses read-only access and cannot move funds, issue refunds, or alter your subscriptions. You are responsible for the keys you provide and for complying with each platform's terms.
Figures are provided "as is" for informational purposes and may be approximate or delayed (for example, some platforms do not expose true recurring revenue, and amounts are presented in USD). FRGMNT is not accounting software and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRGMNT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on the figures shown.
You may stop using the App at any time and erase local data from the Vault. We may suspend or discontinue the App or features at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Confirm/adjust your jurisdiction before publishing.)
